Browse our Hire Products online then choose the dates you want to hire to check they are in stock for your dates. When you add the Hire Product to your cart, a Security Deposit will also be added to your car automatically. This Security Deposit will be refunded to you on return of the Hire Product (subject to our Hire Terms and Conditions).
Your dates will be locked in once you've made payment of the Hire Product and Security Deposit online.
Collect your Hire Products from the collection location (nominated in your order confirmation) on the first day of your nominated Hire Period. Contact me at the number specified in your order confirmation to organise a suitable time for collection.
Prior to the first day of collection, please bring send me your photo ID.
At the end of your Hire Period, simply drop-off the Hire Products at the location you collected them. If your Security Bond is due back to you, we will transfer it back to your nominated account.
If, after payment, we can't hire the Hire Prodcuts to you (because it is no longer available/has been damaged by previous customers/it needs a more thorough clean), we will contact you and provide you with alternative options (where possible). If you don't want the alternative option or there are none available, you will receive a full refund. This situation is unlikely to occur because we have enough stock to minimise this risk, and are continually expanding our range.

BabyBorrow Pty Ltd is a registered Australian company, which means we need to comply with legal obligations that a sole trader wouldn't need to! We also have a lot of stock, so if someone else damages the pram that you are intending to hire, we likely have a spare which means your holiday/travel plans won't be ruined! We are a South Australian, family run business, so every time we get a hire, we do a little dance.

Do you clean the Hire Products between use?
Yes, we thoroughly clean the Hire Products between use so rest assured, your Hire Products will be clean and ready for use when you collect it. We store the Hire Products in a smoke-free environment.

What if i change my mind after booking / my holiday gets cancelled?
If you change your mind after booking, please contact us and let us know. If you give us at least 7 days notice prior to the first day of your booked rental period, we will give you a credit note equal to the amount you have paid to use at a future date.
Unfortunately, if you give us less than 7 days notice, we won't be able to rehire the pram to others, so we can't give you a credit note or refund.
